Myself, along with my partner/"twin" design&model.
I coordinate fashion shows, write this blog, write business plans, marketing strategies..Im great at brainstorming and thinking outside the box for a business...

I want to have a FASHION ____ "PARTY"!!

A classy very upscale event...for maximum! networking and enjoyment purposes. Just because we arent all over billboards, it does not mean we are not extremely talented...

There are sooooo0000 many talented artists/designers/fashion lovers in NYC..Can we not all meet up and see whats working and whats not, meet n greet, preview our new things, etc?

You think Prada and Gucci dont meet up and talk? YESSS they do! LoL.

So my question for you is...TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!!

--Where do you, as an "artist" channel YOUR inspiration from? Is your source credible and are your visions similar??

"-ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT IM AN ARTIST...WE ARE ALL ARTISTS. WHY? I REALLY DO BELIEVE AS HUMANS, PASSIONATE ABOUT WHAT WE WANT IN LIFE..WHATEVER IT IS WE DO..WE DO IT WELL THEREFORE WE ARE ARTISTS..SOME OF US ARE STRUGGLING ARTISTS, UNDISCOVERED, MISGUIDED...NEVERTHELESS...THE TITLE REMAINS"

For the most part, we think of fashion...we think of clothing.
Who's wearing what, etc. blah blah, blah.....But no one is necessarily and completely original.
Fashion encompasses ART, PhotOGRAPHY, ARCHITECTURE, ETC...
Past Art is not channeled as much today, as it was years ago by designers or Artists, but instead mimicked thru the generations..
Ex: Pick a fav designer/Artist..Make clothes based on their ideas..not knowing the history behind its origin..

Ok so, one thing about me.....EVery now and then, I coordinate shows...Because its fashion related and You KNOW me!! LOVE LOVE LOVE ART.
SO Far...Only been doing college shows(2 to be exact, 1 in a club)

Last show was at Adelphi Univ. in Long Island. It turned out realllly well, I must say..If you didnt make it, here's what you missed....(J Renee && I, previewed our first pieces ever in the opening scene)

We had this one guy who apparently loves the spotlight and ended up crawling on he stage in the lingerie scene...Not long after dropping down into an unexpected SPLIT...smh.(At least the crowd reacted ? lol )

The host apparently didnt do a good job...he had a tough time adjusting to the crowd..
Songs switched up...
BUT OVERALL NOTHING MAJOR HAPPENED. FOR THAT IM GRATEFUL
